Sick and safe time is a new law in Minneapolis regarding time off work. This local law creates access to sick and safe time for all non-exempt workers within the city limits of Minneapolis who experience a qualifying event. Sick and safe time includes illness or injury, medical treatment or preventative care, domestic or sexual assault, and care of a family member.
*Employees ONLY accrue sick and safe time while they work in Minneapolis and are ONLY eligible to use sick and safe time while scheduled to work in Minneapolis.

You can elect to direct deposit a portion of your paycheck into your HSA account. After you’ve set up your account, download, print, and fill out the HSA form below. Once you’ve filled out the form, return it to Rob Winberg at our the BRC corporate office. Your elected deduction will be deposited into your HSA the following pay period.

HSA is short for a Health Savings Account. An HSA is essentially a bank account that can be used for medical expenses. Any deposits made into your HSA account are NOT taxed, so they can be a helpful tool in budgeting for medical expenses over the course of a year.
HSA funds roll over and accumulate year to year if they are not spent. They are checking accounts owned and controlled by YOU, opened at the bank of your choice.
